Items are eligible for a refund if they are unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase from melenthon.quest is required for all returns.

Time Limits

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Damaged or defective items should be reported within 7 days of receipt.
